Monthly billing. Standard website creation and setup are included without a separate upfront fee. The initial term and exit conditions are agreed before contract signing. Prices cover one property, one website and one language.
The 23+ starting prices cover a standard property with 23–40 units. More than 40 units, multiple properties, extra languages or complex integrations require an individual quote. Applicable taxes and the final amount are confirmed in your proposal.
Setup and subscription fees for the agreed PMS, channel manager and booking engine are included and paid by SETUP HOTELS.
Your property pays advertising spend, OTA commissions, any per-booking software fees and payment processing fees separately at the providers’ rates. We confirm these charges before activation.

Your team handles guest conversations, changes, cancellations and daily reservations. We manage the agreed systems and digital growth. Existing software can be assessed for compatible integration.
Growth includes 2 original posts per week and Complete includes 4. Each is adapted and published on Facebook and Instagram. Your property provides photos and videos; on-site production is quoted separately. Remarketing starts when consent setup and audience size allow it.
For larger portfolios, multiple languages or complex integrations, we will assess your systems and prepare a proposal that fits your property.
